First you need uart cable!

After boot repair you must disconect uart cable, insert battery, make download mode for phone, pressing vol down - key and power on same time, connect usb cable and flash the phone whit boot. On boot select boot folder from flash pack and select bcmboot. The program will flash all file from this folder.
After flashing ok the phone will restart and make some preparation. Do not take off the battery only after the phone will start.
